The business started since 1991 with a team of Waterproofing Chemists. We brought in the technical know how from USA and Europe, & further improve them in Singapore, with the helps of Singapore Government Technology Centre PSB. We keep very closely with our Government policy to introduce products which are environmental friendly, as well as not creating harmful effect on human begins when handling them.

In view of the stringent environment & demanding waterproofing requirement, our products are blended with elastomeric properties and able to withstand cool & hot weather from 40 deg C to 80 deg C. Quality control starts with raw material selection & quality control to In-process & Outgoing Quality control. Continuous traning & re-training is the philosophy inculcated in all our work force to ensure quality work.

Our Waterproofing  products are developed in such a way that it is commonly used in all area of application, therefore you do not need to keep too many types of products.

We use only Water Based Polymers & Latex to achieve environmental friendliness & non harmful to human beings during handling. Certain range of products is developed to allow direct contact with drinking water & direct UV lights exposure. Exposed & Concealed System. The are all easy to handle and apply to achieve hight productivities.

Our Heat Insulation Paints are of very strong waterproofing properties. Beside being used as heat insulation paints, they are also being used for waterproofing engineering, as well as having the addition function of insulating heat. Besides, they possess all other properties that the normal emulsion paints have. The help to preserve energy in cool and warm room, hence help to achieve environmental friendly.
